Will my story and song be shared publicly on your social media accounts or website?
We highly respect your privacy. While we love showcasing our work, we will never share your custom song, lyric video, or personal story online without your explicit permission.
Can I listen to examples of your work before ordering?
Absolutely! You can visit the "Samples" section of our website to hear different genres and vocal styles. Please note that the tracks featured in our portfolio are specifically created as showcase samples, not actual client orders. We strictly protect our customers' privacy and would never use their personal stories or messages as public examples.
Can I choose the language, genre, perspective and vocal style of the song?
Absolutely. You have full control over the creative direction. You can request the lyrics to be in English or Filipino. Additionally, you can select from our available genre options (e.g., Acoustic, Pop, R&B), choose between male or female vocals, and even decide the perspective of the lyrics. You can choose a first-person point of view (e.g., 'I love you') or a third-person point of view (e.g., 'They love each other') to perfectly suit your story.
What happens after I submit my order form?
Once you complete the order form and upload your proof of payment, we will verify your transaction. We will then immediately begin crafting your custom song and deliver the complete digital bundle straight to your email based on your chosen package's delivery time.
Is my payment transaction secure?
Absolutely. We use the national standard QR Ph system for fast and secure transfers from any e-wallet or banking app. For added privacy and security, our verified receiver name will simply appear as "Albert S." when you scan the code.
